David Womer was born to hard-working blue-collar parents in central Pennsylvania. He was first exposed to being resourceful and thinking outside of the box when, as a child, he learned that his father cut down trees and milled them into lumber to build their house. He learned that to get what you want or need, you have to be willing to work for it and make sacrifices. From early on he began to think creatively about ways to earn money and he put his ideas in motion.
He has earned degrees in Individual and Family Studies, Heritage Carpentry and Millwork, and nursing, as well as doing graduate work at a seminary. He completed an informal apprenticeship in autobody repair and refinishing at a local Ford dealership. Over time, based on his personal experiences in various industries, he discovered options that make healthcare and vacations affordable, how to save thousands on transportation and food, tens of thousands on education, and much more on housing.
What began as a way to get ahead on a personal level has evolved into a desire to share his knowledge and experience to help others conquer the financial challenges in life and keep more of their hard-earned money. Those secrets and insights are revealed inside this book.
